Inspired by the fluid curves and balance of the natural world. Abilis takes a progressive approach to defining the character of a modern office chair. By seamlessly merging the lower back and armrests into one cohesive structure, an open loop shape is created that visually frames the seat. This way of integrating shapes gives Abilis its distinctive, dynamic and forward-looking design. Designed in collaboration with ITO Design, a German design firm that has produced a variety of furniture designs and received numerous awards.
